E and I are sick. We haven't been to the doc yet. But I have a really sore throat and my ears hurt, so I'm assuming she feels the same way. We don't have fevers.
Last night she slept for 12 hours, which she has never done before. She was awake for an hour, and has now been asleep for another hour.
As long as she is waking to eat every 3 hours, should I just let her sleep as much as she wants? What should I look out for?

Not sure if you side-lie nurse, but that could be a nice way to feed a sick baby. Plus, then you can get some rest.
