My plan is to TTC in about a month but I want to get in a healthier state first (nothing big -maybe lose 3-5 pounds and just be more active) I've heard great reviews about Tone it Up! And I'm wondering if any of you have tried it? It's a bit pricey which isn't a huge deal to me. I'm also thinking it would be safe to continue through pregnancy (mainly the nutrition portion) with just getting out for a run a few times a week after I do get pregnant. Would love to hear thoughts/ onions. Thanks!
