vacation sucked

hey everyone!  I was gone for a week but happy to be back and catch up on all the post.  The bacon question made me laugh!

We just got back from Disney and it really wasn't fun at all for me :(  The trip was planned before I was pregnant with my DH family so we went. 

It was so hot, lots of crowds and I couldn't ride any of the rides.  I just sat in the heat, drank lemonade and waited.  I did do some shopping and looking around but how much Disney stuff do you really need or want!  :)

At least we are going to our beach house for a week in a few weeks. I'm going to sit, I mean float, in the pool all week!

Lesson- don't go to Disney World pregnant, in the summer and with DH family!

Hope everyone that goes on a babymoon has a nice, cool, relaxing time.

    Aww, I am sorry it was no fun. Hopefully, the beach trip will make up for it.  Welcome back.

    I completely understand. I took a vacation from hell right after I found out I was pregnant. It was basically a drunk fest mixed in with some gambling...and it was a WEEK! I really hope my up coming beach vacay will be different. Good luck with yours!!

    My DH and I have a Disneyland pass and I go on rides all the time, almost all except the fast jerky roller coasters. As long as kids can go on them, pregnant women can as well. Sorry you didn't have a good vacation!

    I'm a huge Disney fan, but nothing about Disney is a "vacation." It's EXHAUSTING. Pair that with pregnancy and not being able to go on rides and crowds? Ugh. Awful. The beach will be MUCH better!

    Sorry to hear it wasn't as fun as you'd hoped! So jealous you'll be relaxing at a beach house soon though! Hope it makes up for it!

    Sorry you felt this way. We went in April and I was able to get on many rides. There were obvious ones I didn't but I still enjoyed my time. I wouldn't go in the summer or 9 months pregnant but I wouldn't say not to go if you are pregnant.
