It seems like old symptoms are coming back and some new ones. My legs swell so bad they feel like they are going to explode and I am having bad ligament stretching pains. But the fatigue and nausea are coming back a little. It shall soon be over!
After my GD screen, TDAP vaccine, and RhoGAM shot last week, I came home for a quick nap (LO woke me up with lots of kicks at 3AM and decided it was time to start the day). I woke up 2.5 hours later... I don't think I've slept that hard or for that long for a "nap" since I was in JH and playing 3 sports and all the extracurriculars I could find. I hear ya on the naps!
When I told my mom in my first trimester that I hadn't been that tired for as long as I could remember, she just said, "Just wait until the baby comes." So now I avoid telling people I'm tired unless they're pregnant, too. :-)
I am so tired I think I black out sometimes. Like someone could rob us blind, blow up one of the vehicles, while singing Old McDonald into a megaphone and I would sleep through it. There have been nights where DS woke up screaming and I will have no recollection of it. I never had nausea with this pregnancy (maybe 4 days of it total) and the swelling has been minimal but its been super cool here until yesterday. I feel for you ladies though!
My ankles were so swollen yesterday I could only stare at them, fascinated lol. I've been queasy the past several days, got sick yesterday out of nowhere and I'm still wondering where my 2nd trimester energy burst is lol. I just woke up from my 2nd nap of the day lol.
