how long did it take for your boobs to go back to normal?

Last pump ever was Thursday am and my boobs are hard as rocks.  :( 

ETA... hard as "boulders" would be more appropriate given my large boob size.

    Still nursing Em, but when Benjamin weaned it was about a week.

    I was pretty uncomfortable for about 7-10 days. I took sudafed and ibuprofen and used ice packs at night. I also hand expressed a little bit when I was super uncomfortable and because I was worried about a clogged duct.

    I think normal is about a week...but it took me closer to two weeks.  I didn't pump at all...I would just release very minimal amounts when I was in the shower.  The hot water and a little massaging felt so good.  I also did all the other tricks you hear about: cold cabbage leaves, sudafed, advil, etc.
