late night

So I haven't seen a late night in a while.
It's 10:30 and DD went to bed at 7:45ish which is normal. She woke up hungry at 9, fed her. Usually she goes right back to bed. But nope she's playing in her pack and play. She did this last night too and I don't know what her deal is. I hope she wears herself out soon. I hope everyone else is getting sleep these days.

    Usually DD goes to down for the night at 11pm, and won't wake up until 9am but today she has been so tired... She fell asleep at 830 and is still asleep... Poor baby... We shall see how the night goes... Fingers crossed

    We had a 4am screamfest tonight ourselves . Not sure what happened, but hopefully it doesn't happen tomorrow too

    DS did that to me last weekend and the next morning I found a tooth!  I have a terrible cold so I'm happy DS slept from 8-5, but now I can't get back to sleep.  Stupid cold!

    Since Elsie got sick with that tummy bug, she quit STTN. Last night we deswaddled because it seemed like she wanted to be. I thought it went well. Didn't seem to get up any more than she had been. Tonight is a different story.

    Started deswaddled. Asleep around 9:30. Woke up at 11:40. Slept in bed with me until 2:40 when I decided to move her. Uncooperative but finally got her down, laying on her side. Woke up at 3:40. Really? Ok. Reswaddled. 10 minutes later she's asleep again. Woke up at 4:10. Sigh.

    So we're out here on the couch. Nursing. We'll probably stay here since sleeping in her pnp isn't high on Elsie's priority list.

    Sleep! What's that? DS normally wakes every 2 hours still. Last night he did sleep from around 10:30 to 2:30. I couldn't believe it! And then we were up every 2 hours

     

    Sorry your LO still keeps you up at night, but I'm relieved that we're not the only ones still up every 2 hours! If I ever happen to get 3 or 4 hours in a row, I feel SO rested! Amazing what little sleep mommies can survive on!

    DD actually did pretty good tonight only she fell asleep at like 330PM so now we've been up since 230AM. I'm glad I crawled in bed with her around 530 or I'd be too tired to function right now.

    I'm thinking she may be getting her top teeth, she started drooling like a monster and putting everything in her mouth again yesterday. She did act similar when she got her bottom teeth but I didn't think the tops would come so soon haha
