price for teenage babysitter

I am going to start using a neighbor to help with some babysitting. She is about 12 or 13. I haven't asked her about a rate yet but was curious what other sitters this age get.

    Back when I was a teenager (early 2000's) I would typically charge minimum wage for a family of 1-2 kids, and add on another dollar or two per hour for families with more than two kids. If she's just watching the kids for a couple of hours, playing with them, changing diapers, and feeding them bottles or snacks, I would think minimum wage is fair for a babysitter that age.

    I get my babysitter at urban sitter and I pay her 13 dollars per one child. she is one dollar more per each child.

    I use a 17 year old who charges 9 bucks an hour.  I tend to give her ten because it's easier than having to make change.
