When will you introduce a pillow to LO? If you already have when did you and how did it go?

I gave one to LO this morning for his nap since he balls his blanket up and sleeps on it at night. The boy was out! I had to wake him up from his AM nap to make it to work on time!

    We just put one in Emma's bed because she had a cold. I took it out the other day because she wasn't using it, but H put it back in. If she starts to climb out of her crib or tries...I will take it out.

    Amelia has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. She has had 3 open heart surgeries, 1 g-tube surgery, and one tracheostomy. She is the strongest, most precious little fighter.

    Asher didn't have one in his crib but he's sleeping on a floor bed now and uses a pillow. I was surprised that he actually stays on it most of the night.

    Is there an age when this is supposedly ok? Both kids ball up their blankets to sleep on and I would love to give them pillows. They will pull pillows off the couch and lay on them just because they like how it feels.

    Laney started out with what was a wedge type newborn pillow made by boppy. She now uses a really flat adult pillow. She always starts the night on it. By the am she's on the other side of the crib.
