I read that they can change usually up to 6-9 months, but sometimes up to a year. At a year you can be pretty confident that the color is there to stay. My bgs are still hazelish like mine... and I am hoping they won't turn brown. :-)
Not that I won't like the brown I should say... but her having the same color eyes as me would be cool. She looks so much like my husband at least I could get the eye color!?
DS is 10 months and have stayed the same for a LONG time. I would say they would stay. My eyes are blue, DH's are brown and DS eyes are amazing...like grey or blue with fleks of brown. Everyone ALWAYS asks "what color are his eyes?' and then they stare into them. Poor baby.
DS- 4 years old, Natural m/c @ 7 weeks-12/1/09. Infertility issues- low ovarian reserve- low AMH and high FSH. Looking into adoption.
Trying to figure out where to go with your little one? My favorite website is: Trekaroo
Well... our baby is 9m and just this week they have really changed from a slate blue to almost green. So i would say after 6m definitely they can still change.
My sister has dark brown eye color (latin), her dh has green (canadian) their ds had big blue until he was almost a year and then started to change to a dark green like olive green with yellow....weird..so i just say they can change so just wait few month for the final outcome!!!
I've got brown eyes and DH has green eyes...DD somehow has bright blue eyes! Our pedi said at 6 months the color is set, but I'm still wondering if they're going to change b/c it seems a little strange! But, I'd be totally thrilled if they did stay blue b/c I think brown hair and blue eyes is a beautiful combo
