How do you do it? How do you go out at night? Stay up past lo's bedtime? Travel?

    Agree that you should ask the AP board.

    We did bed sharing for a while, and honestly we didn't go out or have a life during that time, so I can't give you any insight as to what is normally done.

    My LO will sleep on the couch in the evening and DH and I can watch TV or something while she sleeps.

    As for doing it ... She will sleep on her own in the play pen for a couple hours at the beginning of the night. So we can have some time to ourselves.

    If I go out past LO's bedtime, she goes with me. I have only been out late for special occasions like weddings and holiday dinners.

    We have travelled with her lots and it is easy to travel and cosleep. No need for a crib. She feels comfortable and sleeps well anywhere if she is with me.
