T&P's please

I've mentioned my cousin before, the one who has had two miscarriages recently. I'm asking for T&P's, good juju, whatever for her. She just called me and told me she's pregnant, somewhere around 5 weeks. She's scared of losing another pregnancy. Even if this pregnancy continues, it will be a rough road because of her other medical history. If you guys could keep her in your thoughts, I'd appreciate it.
