Tired this morning. Woke up way too early because my room is across the hall from the ice machine and the nurses were outside my room talking. I have a friend coming to visit early this morning, so I can't go back to bed, but hoping I get a nap sometime later.
Feeling ok overall. Going to try to find some supplied online to learn how to loom. My nurse suggested it as an easy way to make fun baby hats and blankets. Anyone else do that? What looms do you have? The other thing I've been picking up is words with friends. If anyone has the app and wants to start another game, I'd love more people to play with! Not too many of my friends are on it, but I love scrabble!
Hope you all have a great, uneventful day!

I have a couple of round looms as well as some long looms haven't been able to use them due to young children getting into everything as well as not enough room for my craft table and all the stuff that comes with having children
I hope you enjoy your visitors and a loom sounds awesome, you're a motivated bed rester! Hope you get some quiet time today to sleep.
We've go our appointment today, very excited. and excited to have 15 days until 34 weeks! 17 days of BR!!
Big storm here last night. Lots of rain, hail still on the ground this morning...
And I'm almost finished with my birth plan! Finally got motivated to do it! Watched a sweet video on YouTube about natural c sections, just in case. It's the one interviewing doctors, etc. My doc is very supportive of it, so I'm very glad about that! Hopefully we don't have to have one, but seeing the video was a comfort anyway.
Have a great day ladies!!
Married to my dream husband
Mom to 2 year old BG twins (Incompetant cervix, cerclage, and LOTS of bed rest)
Wallace! I'm so excited for you two! You can't go to anymore appointments, haha!
I have had a tough time since my first steroid Injection yesterday. Pregnancy and side effects of steroids are a recipe for disaster for me it seems. I'm awaiting my second injection now, and I'm not looking forward to this at all. I have to do what I have to do for my girls!
Had a great U/S and BPP today! Baby 1 is still breech, but they are 4lb8oz each, both have normal fluid volume, and they both scored 8/8 on the BPP.
For those just starting on bedrest, I was put on bedrest at 24 weeks for IC. 5 of those weeks have been in the hospital. l've had two trips to labor and delivery with steroid shots, magnesium, and antibiotics. I may have ruptured or leaked a few weeks ago and was treated for PPROM. I have contractions once or twice an hour around the clock, always. And I am still here, at 32.4 weeks. And babies look good. Just want you to know it is possible, even when it gets scary.
I am starving and need to eat lunch (u/s took forever) so I'll post again later but wanted to share good news.

Thanks Stacey!! I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time with the steroids... We have ours scheduled for next wednesday and thursday (at 24 weeks). What kind of side effects are you experiencing, how did the second shot go? I hope you feel better soon!
It's the same side effects I've had while taking oral steroids before pregnancy,
But adding pregnancy to those side effects are enough to drive one bsc. Haha! Insomnia, restless, flushed hot skin, increased heart rate although not above 115bpm. No change since second injection. I hope your partner has little to no reaction to it!
Nantucket, that's great!! Thank you for the inspiration!!!

Stacey, good luck with your second shot, I hope that they side effects don't last too long.
Today my boss told me she thinks my director will approve for me to remain out until February 4th, fingers crossed I get official word!
Very exciting, but I only have had one dizzy spell today. Usually by now I've had 2 or 3.
