Has anyone else had their morning sickness return? It's worse than it was at the beginning of my pregnancy. I'm hoping it passes and I'm not feeling this way for the next 13 weeks.
Mine thankfully hasn't, but it's not uncommon for it to return in 3rd tri. It is usually do a compression of your stomach and increased acid reflux.
I would try some OTC antacids. If that doesn't offer you relief, Zofran works wonders for hormone related nausea. I didn't find it worked at all on my nausea related to heartburn and reflux though.
I've had mine the whole time. It's definitely eased up from the first trimester, but it's always been here and I'm pretty resigned to mine staying the whole time. I hope yours is passing though!
Morning sickness, day sickness, evening sickness is back. It's now more often than it was first trimester. It seems it is here to stay. I'm back on the Zofran, I wear the seaband, and try to watch what I eat.
Same for me ladies. I have hyperemesis. Severely since week 6. It has eased up a bit but is still here especially if I don't force myself to eat for awhile. It's so awful. But the baby is growing perfectly
Mine never fully went away, still take 4mg of Zofran every night before bed and felt great through most of 2nd tri. I am noticing more nausea during the day now though, especially when I start to get hungry. So, I guess I have to eat more - ready to pack on some 3rd tri pounds! haha
I never had bad morning sickness, just a very weak gag reflex during first tri and it seems to have returned. I gagged when I took my tiny (less than half the size of a tic-tac tiny) thyroid pill this morning. I've noticed that if I cough at all I'll gag too.
It's not back full force like in 1st Tri, but this morning when I was putting on my shoes, I felt like I was gonna barf from having to bend over to tie my shoe. I so didn't want to bend over to tie the other one, but I got through it.
Mine's back, too. For my first pregnancy I was sick the entire time. This one has been much better (I felt great my entire second tri) but the past two days it's back. Yuck!!
