So here I sit for the 5 time this pregnancy in the ER but this time I am bleeding though the doctor is trying to be comforting and telling me the kidney pain probably means a stone or infection but I'm still nervous.
Yes think positive... deep breaths. I know I would be feeling the exact same as you in your place, & it is easy to say this from the outside, but stressing won't change what the outcome is. Try not to stress over "what-if's" or anything that is uncertain yet.

In my experience doctors don't suggest a possible diagnosis like kidney stones or a kidney infection in order to comfort their patient... they say that only when they really think it is the likely cause. T&P that your baby is fine, and that you feel better soon!
You will be ok. I've had a bladder/kidney infection. Been to urgent care 3 times too...strep throat and a bad chest cold. I'm 15 week and let me tell ya it's been kinda awful. People tell me I'm lucky I didn't have morning sickness.....but I'd almost rather! Just communicate with you primary doc. I've noticed docs don't want to touch preg women in the ER or urgent care. Good luck and hope things get better! Hugs
Fingers crossed Hun. I've had some bleeding at least one day every week since week 4. I'm 11 weeks now, and I know how awful it is. I've had no MS either, and I said the same as you I'd rather have that and feel pregnant, than have no symptoms except bleeding which isn't a good sign anyway. I'm completely on edge and terrified every time I see red blood, but 3 scans have shown so far that everything is ok. Hope this helps and I
Hope you are ok. It's impossible but try not to stress xxx
Re: ...need some comfort ladies
Calm down! It will not help to stress!!
Think positive! Imagine yourself in a better situation, where everything will be fine!
I am here hoping that everything will be fine! Relax!!!!! The doctors are there to help you!
Plus: If you have a religion, pray to whatever you believe... usually brings peace...
My 2 December boys
I bet you never thought you'd be crossing your fingers for a kidney stone or infection!
Sending you positive thoughts. Trust your doctors and try not to let your brain jump to conclusions. Best wishes.
