I just saw your "nosy" question. First of all, I often sit up at night thinking what the hell have I gotten myself into and what will I eat. But, I tend to eat pretty clean anyway so hopefully it will be OK. I do need to check the rules again, but I am thinking lots of eggs, tofu, salads, fruits, veggies, almonds, cashews, quinoa, brown rice etc.
I think it said no cheese so that doesn't sit well with me. And the no alcohol will break my heart in half, but it is only 10 days so I have to do it. But, I am scared. I am most likely starting Monday.

I'm sure you will be fine. Cutting booze alone for me will take out a million calories a week.

We are doing the 10 day advocare cleanse.
I actually LOVE soda, but I really only drink it a few times a month. I drink a lot of flavored seltzer, so I will be ok with that. The no alcohol is sure to kill me. I haven't not had a drink in 10 days since I was pregnant.
