Back to work after maternity leave.. :(

I go back to work after 3 months off with my little girl. I'm so depressed over this and I'm not even back yet. My husband will be home on Monday and ill be home on Wednesday for six months. She'll be almost one before she's in daycare full time. How does everyone deal with going back to work, how we're your little ones? My little girl is obsessed with me. I'm so afraid she's going to be screaming all day because I'm not there. I need some positive advice. I'm just so sad.

    at that little babies are usually pretty adaptable.  Have you ever left her?   I went back to work with both of my kids after being with them 24/7 the 1st 6 months.  Neither ever cried when I left until closer to a year.

    She will be fine, kids are super adaptable and resiliant. It is usually way harder on the parents than the kids. My son started at 3 months to and it was no problem. It will take a while to get in the swing of things but you will get a groove soon enough.

    It is harder on us then them. I was sad before I had to leave and cried that first morning.  It is not fun but your lo will be fine.

    My husband watched our daughter for the first 2 weeks I was back at work. Today, we dropped her off at daycare. 

    She recently developed an aversion to anyone other than me or hubby.. I'm talking grandparents, neighbors, friends, etc who have seen her multiple times and she's ALWAYS been fine with, now when they want to hold her, she screams like a banshee. Full on red-faced, can't breath, covered in sweat. I handed her over today expecting the worst.. and what do you know? Nothing but smiles.
