23 and 20 yo and baby 2 on way

I'm 42 43 before years end. Had a baby boy last summer and am now 6m preg with my 4th, finally a girl. My first two boys are 20 23 yo. I thought I was done after the 3rd boy, but something kept telling me he needed a sibling closer in age. Hubby was more than happy! I'm definitely done after this girl : yes, it's my second marriage. Looking to connect with other tired but excited moms

    Congrats and Welcome!!  I have a son that will be 21 when this LO is born.  My son was not planned, and I was a single mom for >15 years.....this is my first marriage.  There are others here who have much older children.
    TTC since 10/09 Me-43 DH-44 RE and testing 10/10-11/10, Recommending IVF 1/11 New RE AMA and DOR-DH low motility IVF #1.1 cancelled 3/11 due to poor response IVF #1.2 May 2011, one perfect 8-cell embryo, 3dt-BFN, IVF #2.1 Converted to IUI d/t poor response. New RE 9/2011. IVF 2.2 completed using HGH,EPP,DHEA, Q-10 and accupuncture. Transferred one 8-cell, grade one embryo on 10/19. BFP 10/31/11 Chemical pregancy on 11/2/11. Started stims for IVF #3, our final try, on 12-2-11. ET on 12/18. Transferred 3 Grade A embryos-BFFN Planning DE IVF, late March/early April- Donors ER expected to be 4/2-4/4. PAIF/SAIF welcome

    Congrats!  My daughter just turned 23 and my son just turned 18.  

    My husband and I are expecting a son in September, and the whole family is very excited.

    Congratulations!! I'm 41 and will be 42 when our baby is born. I have 3 kids from my previous marriage, 21,19 and 12. This is husbands first baby and we are due December 8th :

    Congrats to you and your husband.  I am pregnant with number 2, my first is 16 months and i will turn 40 by the time this one is here :)

    Thank you so much everyone! Love seeing that I'm not the only one with a 20 yr gap!! Or so close to 45. I too was a single mom 15 years. Any one near Union County NJ?

    I will be 39 when this baby is born.  I'm on my second marriage and my two sons from my previous marriage will be 20 and 15.  

     

    Is it just me or does it seem when you tell people your pregnant they don't get excited they look shocked.  I even had someone say today you can just tell people it's your grandchild.  My hormones are all over the place but I'm offended.  I want people to be happy with me.  This is my husbands first.

    Congrats! I have a 13 year old son and my husband has a 20 year old son.  This is our first together, I'm 17 weeks and having another boy.  I'll be 44 at the due date. Starting to get some energy back, was exhausted for a long time!
