I don't need new bras yet, but my underwear have to go. I feel like the lacy thongs and pretty VS panties are not working right now. Anyone have some go to super comfy panties they recommend? I need to go shopping this weekend.
My VS undies are still quite comfy, but I'm not a thong girl. I wear the Lacie boy shorts and another style I don't know exactly, but super soft cotton, low rise, and they have two lines of vertical lace down the front. My absolute favorite style. I think they'll get me through this pregnancy.
I feel this way about pants in general. That being said, I was able to wear my VS undies for the entire pregnancy with DD and hope to do the same this time! I buy the cheekies; I know, nothing hotter than an enormously pregnant woman with butt floss:) I bought maternity undies last time and hated them! The most important thing is that you're comfortable.
all I wear is the Lacie Thongs from VS.. i keep thinking about how I will eventually have to wear something that can hold a pad and being very confused.
Juuuuuuust wait until after the baby...The hospital will give you the most grandma looking undies on the face of the planet along with pads that'll be big enough to use as a flotation device. But believe you me when I say this, those parachute undies will be the most comfortable pair of undies you will ever wear.
I love mine from Costco.. I think the brand is itsybitsy- it's cotton and not totally granny style but very comfy
Tried for 2 years before diagnosed with DOR and low Progesterone. MC at 16 weeks in June 2010 (Told Placenta Previa contributed to the loss) Mommy to one darling & amazing little girl Born September 9th 2011 (C-Section at 38 weeks for Placenta Previa)
Surprise!! EDD 12/13/13 (Hoping for a VBAC!) Off home bed rest and now just monitoring a large SCH. Stable in size but not going away. SHRINK PLEASE!
I gave up lacy underwear and thongs when I stopped being skinny several years ago. I'm still happy in my VS cotton undies, and I have some Disney (don't laugh! they're really comfortable!) hipsters that are working well. My parents were in Disney World last month so I had my mom buy me a set in a size larger.
I have some cotton with lace trim VS hipsters that are working really well, because the waistband is really loose and doesn't bother my larger belly.
I got some maternity panties from motherhood. When I had my last pregnancy I had a csection and had to send my mom out to buy me undies from the hospital because all my panties hit right where the incision was. She bought me giant Hanes that were hideous and awful. I thought I would be proactive this time. They are fold over so they don't seem so huge yet :
Re: Comfy undies
I got some cute, lacy ones at Target. I just went a size up.
