I've never had an issue with my BM supply. I consider myself lucky. Jackson has only had formula in the hospital when my 2 options were nicu or higher calorie formula. Now that I'm pregnant I swear my milk isn't as much. I do have a deep freezer full of milk but I planned on giving him BM for a year. I eat oatmeal everyday and I still produce more than he eats but now I'm worried ill slowly dry out. Does anyone have success stories of still having milk through pregnancy? Ill be 6 months pregnant when DS turns 1. I exclusively pump too. Once I went back to work DS didn't want to nurse anymore. I'm pumping 8 to 10 oz every 4 hours when I was pumping 10 to 12 oz.

It's pretty common to have a drop in supply at 6m, even with EPing. Even with a drop, you're pumping a lot per session; probably more than double what most can pump per session. Pregnancy can also reduce your supply. It can also make your BM taste different, so your LO may start to reject it.
Ultimately, you've made it this far with BM and should be proud of yourself for what you've achieved. If you need to supplement with formula somewhere down the road, it's NBD. It's just not worth the stress. Stress, ironically, also reduces supply. You can do a blend of fresh, frozen and formula. That's what I did with DS as he got older. Not having the stress of desperately trying to pump everything he needed that day was so, incredibly uplifting.
I've been making lactation cookies. I found a great recipe online and they taste fantastic! They have oatmeal, flax seed, and brewers yeast. They claim these 3 ingredients help boost your supply. Also, I think what Andrea says is awesome and something I needed to hear too: feeding the baby and not the freezer. That is some of the best advice I've heard all day!

I'll add flax seed. I eat oatmeal daily. Oh and I drink around 2 gallons of water a day.

Thank you! I feel guilty that I could be taking away from him but yes I do have an abundance in my freezer so he will be ok.
