  We pretty much only do footed PJs. Occasionally the Aden + Anais sleeveless sleepsack over the diaper if it's especially warm.

  I love using 2 piece pjs for DS, right now we have pants and long sleeve shirts, just got some short sleeve shirt with pants for his b-day. Sometimes we put socks on it all depends on if it's cooler in the house or not. if I feel it is going to be too cool we will put a onesie under the jammies. You could also try to find these:
