My waxer likes to have me in every 3 to 4 weeks though I go much longer than that. I usually don't get much growth in the first month, which is why I dont go that frequently, but I imagine maybe it doesn't have to be as long as we think it does?

I would go every 4 weeks. they wanted 3, but it didn't grow enough and I got super ingrown. doing it every 4 weeks was perfect for me. got long enough to wax, but not so long it was a problem.

also, get a good after care serum. European wax center has one that works wonders.

its honestly one of the things i'm looking forward to about going back to work, is getting to do this regularly again. i'm sick of trimming, but being unemployed I don't have $40 a month to dedicate to something like this when that's a pack of diapers.

Thanks, ladies! I doubt I'll keep it up, I was really just curious. It was $47 for the basic, but it's a pricey salon. Only went there b/c DH bought me a gift card.

For me, it doesn't have to be to long to wax. So its not super bad. I just don't plan on being in a bathing suit the days leading up to a wax. I usually go ever 2-3 weeks in the summer for a wax. That being said, my waxer has been ill so I haven't gone and had to shave. She won't be back until mid July so I am seeing another waxer at the salon.
