    I bled on and off for weeks after both my c-sections.  It would stop completely and then started again after a week or so.  Also, despite EBFing, I had early PP periods (9 weeks after DD was born, 7 weeks after DS, then very regular thereafter), and I suspect some of my postpartum bleeding with DD might have been an even earlier period.  So that's possible too.  If it's not a lot of blood then it probably doesn't warrant concern.
