Please recommend your St. Jude Pediatrician

Any recommendations would be so helpful. Thanks.

Re: Please recommend your St. Jude Pediatrician

  • We were using Dr. Michael Marino in Placentia but he just left for a desk job. ?We'll now use Dr. Lillian Wu out of the same office. ?We've seen her several times for things and really like her as well. ?They have a new dr. in their group also (Dr. Isterbadi sp????) and a friend saw her and liked her. ?They're all with St. Jude Heritage. ?They have an on call nurse that is always pretty fast at calling back. ?Also, I've never been turned down for a same day appt. before. ?Good luck!

  • Also, I think a few others on here use Dr. Wu if I'm not mistaken.
  • We just started going to Dr. Wu....She is great!
  • Dr. Reuben out of La Habra is great.
  • NikiGee- is that the same office as Dr Longnecker (sp?) and then the nurse practitioner Barbara? If so, my SIL goes there and really likes the nurse practitioner. She says she never sees the Dr. I believe her Dr is Dr Kang.
  • Cas... no, sounds like a different office to me!
  • Oh ok, I've heard of Dr Marino and Dr Wu before. Maybe it was just from here.

My primary care dr use to be Dr Ranney and I LOVED him. He's in the same office as Dr. Longnecker which someone mentioned before. Its a family practice so they see all ages. I really liked the office because they would always try and fit you in case of emergencies (unlike some other offices I've been to that just tell you to go to urgent care) and Dr Ranney is very knowledgeable. If I hadnt moved further south I would still be seeing him.

  • Another recommendation for Dr. Lillian Wu from Yorba Linda (St. Jude).  I found out about her on this same message board and haven't regretted it since!  She is so genuinely kind and caring, we just love seeing her.
