BM frustrates me...vent

BM took kids to theme park this weekend. It has a waterpark in it. I haven't had time to get SS a new suit yet...he is13. I sent SD suit with her. So BM buys SS a suit. I think....yea! She hasn't paid child support in over 2 years but maybe she is going to start atleast pitching in to buy things the kids need. So I ask SS tonight if he took care of the wet suit....nope...bm made him leave it at her house. I could understand that more if she was going to have them a lot this summer...but she usually takes them every 6 weeks or so. She also asks them to bring pillows over. Again, if the kids just wanted a certain pillow, I get that. But that's not the case. She refuses to buy them their own pillows for her house...not that they are there a whole lot I guess. I really didn't want dh to get child support recovery involved but this is getting ridiculous. Sorry for the vent but was super frustrated with the suit thing.

We kind of have the same issue with BM #2. When BM does pick up SD's she didn't have booster seats but wouldn't ask to borrow, DH would have to go out and check and then get one or two out for her.
BM doesn't see SD's very often but BM has kept SD''s clothes every time. even in November BM kept their coats on a supervised visit. BM now complains if we don't send SD's dressed to the 9s. SD's don't look bad when they go, She wants us to put pretty dresses on them and have their hair done up.. sorry.. not when you think you can keep anything you want so we don't send them in anything we don't expect to see again and always make them change out of her clothes to send back with BM. BM doesn't pay CS either.
The swimsuit thing would be frustrating in your situation but maybe she borrowed it or something? I could see the pillow thing if it were a favorite pillow or something but why can't she just buy them pillows?
I totally understand your vent.. I get so frustrated sometimes.. and all I can do is silently scream to myself!

I agree.. just let it roll off of your back. No need to stress yourself. I have to check myself on things too. I get heated about things and then think that it could be worse.. not much at times but it always could be.

I get that she bought it and thus should keep it but what I was getting at is that I thought she was finally going to try to help support her kids in getting things they needed atleast but was wrong. Some parents have issues paying child support but will buy things to support their child...shoes, school supplies, etc... I was hopeful she was coming around is all.
