Im breastfeeding my 10 week old. My husband sliced a pan of brownies with a sharp knife aluminum pan and unbeknownst to me large shavings of metal came off the pan. Along I come and eat one of the brownies and nearly choke on one of the bits of metal and then accidently swallow it. I'm fine but now worried about the metal in my milk... Will it just pass through my system or will I now have high alluminum levels in my milk, as well as any other metal used to make the pan??? Am so worried I'm not sure I should continue breast feeding
