Wagon upgrade - keep old one?

For DS 1st b-day I was asked to make a list of gift ideas. I included a range of items, and one that we received was this wagon- https://www.step2.com/p/Wagon-for-Two-Plus

So, now that we've had it we're a little less than enthused with it. The wheels are really loud, and it barely fits in the back of my SUV.

Do you think I should still hold onto the old one? I'm expecting another LO this fall. I could see the seat belts in the first one coming in handy for awhile. But, I'm wondering if I could jerry-rig a shopping cart strap (like this: https://pinterest.com/pin/70439181642337022/) on the new wagon.

I'd love to free up the space and not keep two. Also, do you think I should hold this for DH's younger sister? She is not yet expecting, but may be in the near future. Or, could this go to the garage sale?
