Seeking suggestions for a good pre-natal yoga DVD. Need something more than stretching, but am not advanced. Current yoga practice is largely Vinyasa (flow) with poses like: Warrior 1 & 2, Chair, Boat, Bridge, Pigeon, Lizard, Plank, Side Plank, Side Angle, Triangle, High Lunge, Gentle Cobra, Tree, Garland, and Down Dog. Town where I live has nice yoga community, but no pre-natal classes.
Re: Pre-Natal Yoga DVD suggestions?
I tried prenatal and thought it was just glorified stretching, a waste of time!
I really enjoyed: Complete Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga & Short Forms 2 DVD Set
I got it off of amazon. I liked the short forms (15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins) more than the long portion of the DVD personally.

I bought Shiva Rea's Prenatal DVD at the suggestion of a friend. I find it pretty easy, especially compared to her Power Yoga, but I like it. I haven't found myself "needing" prenatal modifications yet since I'm still early but I wanted to try it out as soon as I got it.
Hope you find something that works!

Sarah Longacre has a GREAT prenatal yoga DVD. I did yoga with her for my entire third trimester, and love her approach. It's a good mix of stretching and strengthening and preparation for delivery and recovery. Here's a youtube preview and a link to amazon.
