Disappearing AF?

Im exclusively BFing, My AF came in April and I havent seen it again...would it come and go away because of the BFing?

It is pretty common not to have AF while you are breastfeeding.

Yes, but I know I was under the assumption that once it returns it should have continued "visiting" each month. Not just rear it's ugly head then disappear again for a very long time.

BFing can delay or suppress ovuation so it's normal to have very long cycles. On the mini pill I don't get AF at all yet.

I'm EBF and I got on the mini pill at my 6-week check up. I got my first PP when LO was 8 weeks old but have only gotten it maybe once since then. I had some spotting initially due to the pill but havent gotten a regular period back even though i did have it once.
