What am I doing wrong? I tried the potty chair and she doesn't want to stay on it..so we went to the regular potty with a potty seat on top. that worked for about one day...ugh..I ask her if she wants to go potty and she says nope. I tried going potty with mommy and just about everything I can think of. She is 2 and will be three in December...Shouldn't this be done by now...she's soo mule headed.

    If she refuses to sit and has no interest, I'd wait a month and try again. PTing can be very frustrating.

    we just started last week but have had the potty for a year.  before she would sit but not do anything.  We are doing 3 day potty training and for pee it has worked. she doesn't like having accidents and finally bribery has worked but she had to be in underwear to understand the concept.  If she was in a diaper she just peed in them.  Poop on the other hand hasn't happened yet.

    So my DD will be 3 in Dec also, I keep real panties on her while home and we talk about the potty all the time. Honestly, I am starting to get frustrated and have to remind myself this is a whole new thing for her to learn and she will get it eventually. Keep at it, mamma! I am going to try the three day method in a few weeks when I am home for a fe to follow up....
