Wills...

Has anyone made a will?  I work in a lawyer's office and luckily we have a guy who writes wills.  He told me that I needed to think about caregivers and getting a trust for what I do have to be left for DD. But he didn't say much else about the will, I'm assuming because the will is pretty basic?

Anyone who has prepared a will, was there any complicated parts within the will or is it just as simple as giving my lawyer a couple of names and being done with it?

    I keep looking into it and unless you have major assets it seems like the language is all pretty similar. Lucky you that you have someone to handle it! I need to get it done and keep putting it off because I hate my choices for who would be able to take care of my kids.
