omg i think ferber is working!

last week my DD was up to 12+ wakings and had to be rocked back to sleep for half of them.  last night was day two of ferber and she only woke 3 times and it tool less than 5 mins to get her back to sleep without taking her out of the crib.  now she is NAPPING in her crib after less than two minutes of fussing for over a half an hour now! already better than yesterday which was a huge improvement from the previous 5 months! yay!!!!

    Ferber worked for us too.  The thing that amazes me the most is that when she is tired she actually reaches for the crib when we go to her room!  She doesn't even want to be rocked or bounced.  Yay for sleep!!

    I think some kids just respond well to Ferber (and don't do the horrible hours long crying you hear some people who tried it having to suffer through). Congrats. It keeps getting better too!
