Ok so my mom offered to babysit for me on the 28th, but now has to go on a trip to Denver. I totally understand but she asked to bring cj with her for the weekend. Feeding him aside, he is breast fed, it just seemed preposterous to me. I mean I don't like the idea of being away from him for a night let alone a whole weekend. So let me hear it totally reasonable request or hell no? I feel I should mention that my mom is great with him I just can't imagine being apart from him that long.

    I wouldn't be OK with it, either. I'd miss my little guy! And, BF'ing adds another layer of complication.

    This. But I also have been a shut in for 6 months. Haha. Now that I had a taste of going out, that is going to change big time! But a trip away without you?! No way

    The trip would be Friday to Sunday and I live in central New York so she would be flying with him to denver, co as well. I haven't even spent one night away from him let alone 3. I was like no way; but then I felt bad because she was so excited about the idea. I still say no though just wanted to see what others think?

    That would be a big hell no for me. I would miss him and worry like crazy.

    Baby being in CO without mom or dad would be a no for me at this point. Having mom watch baby for 3 days over the weekend, not a problem :). My mom has already done that a couple of times with Z but I wouldn't want her taking him to another state that would require me to have to spend time flying if something did happen.
