Re: 6/9: Weekly Accountability Check In!

  • I did so so on everything last week. It was kind of a busy, stressful week and I am at a stand still weight wise. I hope everyone had a wonderful week!

  • It was good. I went to 2 yoga classes, 1 day of Cardio at the gym, and 2 walks around the neighborhood with dd. with the yoga instructors help I was able to do tripod pose for the first time. I also started ab exercises again. 2 days last week. I usually do around 200 each time. To my surprise I lost a pound. I'm not trying to loose weight so I hope it's coming off my mom pooch

  • I've been MIA for a while. LO was born 4/17 and I've been walking a few miles each day until I was cleared for all exercise last week. I'm back to running and lifting six days a week and it feels excellent. I am 20 pounds away from my prepregnancy weight, so I've got a ways to go! That was also my lowest weight ever, so the bar is set pretty high.

My big challenge this week is starting hydrated since I am busting at the gym and EBF.

  • I have been lurking for awhile. Now, I am ready to jump on board and get rid of this weight. I am 10lbs from prepregnancy weight and 20lbs away from my goal. I started counting calories on myfitness pal and walking at least 5 days a week. I weigh in Wednesday!

  • I'm excited to join you this week too.  I am trying to get fit after #2, but to be honest I've struggled with health and fitness since finishing competitive sports in highschool.  I have a goal of losing 50 pounds prior to ttc #3.  After weighing myself this morining, I realize its actually 58.6 pounds :(  I started following weight watchers online yesterday.  I am also looking for ways to fit exercise into my health plan.  I have two boys and work part time (30 hours per week).  I'll let you know how I do in my first weigh in next week.  Thanks again for letting me join you!

  • We actually eat pretty well at our house without being total health freaks! This week started the Recovery week for Insanity so this whole week is all core cardio. I haven't had a cheat day in a while, so DH and I (this sounds kinda bad) ate Taco Bell. I know to some it's disgusting, but ever since I was little I've had a thing for it and I just needed a burrito. So I finally got it and I'm good to go! My weight came down about half a pound. My goal is only 7 pounds away and hopefully I can reach it by the end of my second round of Insanity. So 3 more months to go!

  • Hi ladies great job last week!

I have been lurking for a few weeks and just haven't found the time to post. By the time I get around to it, it's Thursday or Friday and I just think to myself I will wait for the next checking.

I would love to join in for real, to give myself some accountability and encourage everyone.

About me, well I am 7pp with triplets. I am 25lbs from my pregnancy weight. I am trying to run a few days a week, go for a walk most evenings with DH and the LOs, we eat reasonably healthy and I will try doing the Myfitnesspal as well. Last week I only managed 1 run, 2 walks but the weather wasn't the greatest. Hoping for better results this week but I had dropped a little in weight!

  • I can finally say that I'm down again. I lost 2.6 pounds for a total weight loss of 20.6 lbs.  I'm very happy but still have about 10 to go :)  Happy being down though!
