Mobile baby shower and bday surprise?
My little sister is throwing me a shower and she told me the potential date at this point is sept 21st or 22nd. Her 30th bday is sept 24th and I was thinking maybe I should surprise her with a cake or something at the shower. We have some
Mutual friends that are coming. People who are closer with her than me and I was thinking i'd let them know I was doing something so they can bring her gifts that day if they wanted. The party is happening in our communal yard. I was thinking of baking a cake and at some point sneaking off to grab it. Maybe right before or in the middle of me opening gifts? I can pull the whole pregnant lady needs to pee real quick and come out with the lit up cake. What do you think? And I assume she is getting a cake or dessert for the shower so i'd just make a cute, small cake. Or should I make a bigger one?

I think it's a sweet and thoughtful idea. Not sure I would do it in the middle of you opening gifts though; I would probably do it before or after.
And maybe do something just for her like one of those big crumbs cupcakes, since you most likely will already have some sort of cake or dessert there.
K thanks guys! I guess i'll do it before gift time. I know people tend to leave during or right after gifts (sneaky snakes) and I don't want any sneaky family to miss it. Im looking at you, grandma.
