AW: Fingers Crossed! (NBR)

Back story- MH and I own the 3 family that we live in and a 2 family across the street.  We are looking to move and buy a new (single family) home.  We would REALLY like to sell at least 1 of the houses before making a move on a new home, then put the other up for sale once we close on a house for ourselves.

We put the house across the street on the market 2 weeks ago.  There was a showing this morning (the only showing so far).  Obviously we spied the whole time, lol. Well 5 minutes after they all left, our agent called us and said that the are very interested and requested a 2nd showing tomorrow.  2nd showings are usually a very good sign, right?  Our fingers are crossed!  To top it off, we went to an open house today for a home that has been on our radar for a few weeks and it felt like our home from the second we pulled in, we both felt very good about the house.  So we shall see.  No real point to this, other than that it feels good to know that there is in fact interest in the house across the street and that something may be on the horizon!
