Swim covers?

DD is not very predictable on her poops anymore so I've been using a disposable swim diaper and a iplay diaper cover ( I guess that is what you call it, but it has a ton of padding).  So she pooped yesterday at the pool, and I luckily caught her and she was out of the water, but her normal poop didn't stay in the diapers.  She had brown water on her and me.  Is there a cover that really keeps poop in?  I'm terrified now to take her to the pool now.

    I plan on using a BG without the inserts, but the ladies on the cloth diapering board probably have better suggestions.
