  I've noticed this too. My appt is in ten days and the pain is more mild now then before so I'm just waiting it out!

  When the baby shifts I feel it. It is not painful but like some organs inside are moving. (not a good description.) When the nurse midwifes pushed on my uterus it was not painful but it felt funny. How far long are you in this pregnancy?

  There are times when I'm convinced she's got a shiv in there and is stabbing me from the inside.
