XP: mattress cover

Hi, I bought the sealy soybean foam mattress and wondering what cover or pad would fit best. Suggestions? Thanks

    I just ordered the Naturepedic Fitted Waterproof Crib Pad for my daughter to use with her baby. We haven't gotten it yet but I like that it's made with certified organic cotton. She'll be using it with her Naturepedic Organic Elements Mattress.

    I ordered it from Buy Buy Baby. It is $50 but then I used a $10 off coupon. It is not available in the store so then I had to pay around $7 shipping so bottom line was around $47. There are cheaper ones out there but many get reviews on them not holding up after being washed so we thought it was worth the extra money.

    I didn't get a mattress cover. My mattress already has a waterproof covering. Are you sure you need one?

    I have the same mattress and I am definitely getting a pad/cover. Every time the kid throws up or pees/poops on the sheets, I don't want to be cleaning the mattress itself. Easier to just buy a couple covers. Throw one in the wash and a new one on the mattress. 

    Plus, think about this being late at night... you are tired... the kid is sick/crying... get the cover.

    I posted above about the Naturepedic Fitted Waterproof Crib Pad I bought for my daughter. It just came in the mail and it seems really nice. The ones in stock at BRU seems so cheap and the reviews talked about having to replace them for ripping.

    This one is soft but not squishy soft, like it would be a hazard. It is also very well made. Definitely worth spending the extra $$$!
