Target baby items returns

Does anyone know if Target will take back baby shampoo and diapers? We don't plan to use either of the brands we got as some gifts.

    I believe if they aren't open and you have a receipt (or even if you don't) it's the same as any other return.

    Pretty sure they'll give you store credit if it's within 90 days. I know if an item was on your registry, you can pull up a record of what's been purchased and use that as your receipt.

    They took back the shampoo/lotion travel pack and diapers that I returned after my shower. I didn't have receipts, so they gave me a gift card.

    I've returned lots of soaps that I was gifted. I had no problems.

    Yup. I returned a couple of things there and had no problem. If you want to have a "receipt" you can add the items to your registry online, and then mark them as purchased. I believe they'll just give you store credit though.

    There are many women's shelters full of mothers in need who would use them.
