Ideas...

My mom and my SIL are throwing me a shower...my parents are the ones paying but my SIL is the one doing all the work. What would be a good gift? I'm not creative at all when it comes to gift giving so I'll tell you a little bit about her...she is pregnant with her 3rd, she likes cooking, she is a Christian and very involved in church, she is very interested in homemade things like canning, candle making..all that good stuff...i know these are just random facts but lets hear what ya got for me!

And what about for my parents? Like I said they are basically just flipping the bill...they don't do anything too special...ideas?

    If your SIL likes homemade and handmade things, maybe try looking on Etsy.com. There are a million different ideas on there in every price range.

    I actually found a lovely cross necklace on Etsy for my sis in law for Christmas. The cross sits on the side...along the collarbone instead of hanging down on the chest. Very cute!

    Also, if she is pregnant with her third, if you feel up to it, maybe get her a spa gift card or massage or mani pedi appointment and volunteer to watch her two children while she gets pampered!

    For the sil I would do a spa gift certificate like pp suggested. For your parents, maybe a gift card to their favorite restaurant or a great bottle of wine if they are into wine.
