DH has been catching up on season 7 of Dexter while I've been nesting. I decided to look up episode summaries for the episodes we hadn't watched yet so I wouldn't be tempted to sit around and watch with him, and I read up all the way through the season finale.

Of course, episode summaries leave out a lot of stuff, so I wanted to ask him about something that happened in the last episode, and I thought he'd finished the last disk, so I asked, "So at the end of the last episode, such and such happened?"

His reply, "I haven't finished it yet."

Oooooops. Totally ruined the ending.

Now I'm trying to figure out some way to make it up to him, especially since my parents get here tomorrow and....well...extended, open-ended visit from my parents. Need I say more? Poor guy.

    If you really like Dexter, there is an article about the final season in this week's Entertainment Weekly, but don't read it until you see the season finale.
