Are you doing the "normal" cold rinse with detergent, hot wash with detergent, hot or warm rinse with no detergent? Do you notice any suds or bubbles in the last rinse cycle? If so you need to do another rinse. Perhaps you are not using enough detergent. Do you have an HE front loader, HE top loader, or traditional top loader? If you have an HE you may need to look at finding a way to "trick" the machine into filling the tub with more water.
Also, you may want to look into natural fibers to stuff your pockets with since MF tends to hold on to stinkies more.
yes I do two washes and a rinse Hot/Cool. I tried a little more detergent and they smelled better right out of the wash so we will see how they smell after getting wet. TY for your advice ladies.

You might be using too much detergent? Though I would think hot water strips would take care of that. Maybe soak your inserts in some bleach water?
