I hate my neighbors!!!!

I seriously can not take my neighbors! Right now they have one of their a-hole friends over cleaning and doing something to his car right in front of OUR garage which is right underneath our living room so all I hear is door slammings and their douchiness.

They have no concept of the people around them. They stomp and run up and down the stairs and then slam their door every single time they close it. They pull up blaring music at all hours of the night. They blast music in their house all the time.

We (well mostly I b/c DH is at work a lot) have had problems with them since they moved in. We live in a condo so it is close quarters, but I have NEVER had a problem with a neighbir in the 7 years we have lived here. It's the only condo in our quad that is rented and not owned and we have lived next to at least 6 other renters that have been great. It's a VERY quiet community of older people and young professionals. I have no idea why they moved here if they want to act like they live in a fraternity. I am praying they do not renew their lease.

I would complain to the condo board. You purchased this property and that is unacceptable!

We have this problem now with the neighbors being asshats... loud, screaming, up all night, kids body slamming the floor at midnight, dirty *** in the basement, not locking common doors. We are not renewing our lease specifically because of them and I made sure to let the landlord know that when we gave our notice. That *** is unacceptable in my mind. Exp where you own your home.

I would complain asap..

Oh wow, that's even worse then these idiots!

When they first moved in I called the association several times, but all they do is send a letter to them letting them know that there is a complaint. Part of me feels bad b/c they are young (25), but not young enough to not know better. We even went over and talked with them, but I think the problem is the guy is a douche and he is going to do what he wants to do, but will be all friendly to our faces.

I'm not sure if it's the case but I used to live upstairs in a condo the guy under me was always complaining that we were loud when we really weren't. We weren't even home very often as me my roommate both worked 2 jobs. We found out from the HOA that our landlord had put in hardwood floors without the proper padding underneath which made every step sound louder to the downstairs neighbor.

Definitely not the case they are across the hall from us. I hear them more then the neighbors I am connected to. Believe me it?s peaceful and quiet when they aren?t here.

Thanks! our new condo seems so much better now just 13 days till moving day! I feel badly for you, at least we were in a lease not locked in you know. I would start really complaining. Its just rude I feel badly! I know how frustrating that can be!
