best bottom

I just got my first Best bottom diapers in the mail and one edge of each of the inserts has frayed looking threads that almost look like they got cut or something I didn't cut open the package and the rough edges weren't all on the same side of the stack so i know I didn't do it. If you have best bottom diapers did yours look like this or should I complain to the company I got them from?

    None of mine look like that. I would definitely complain. What company or website did you order from?

    We ordered them from diaper safari,  we had ordered a few things from them before and they always came quickly and we  were going out of town. Now I'm bummed that I have to complain.

    They seem like what I'd expect from seconds but I did not order seconds.

    One of mine looks like that but that's after washing it for 3 months every other day.  I would complain.

    IVF #2 - ER 11/11/13 (24R, 18M, 16F), ET 11/16 (2 Grade A blasts)
    BFP on 11/23 Beta #1 = 76 EDD 8/2/14

    What a bummer. I've never ordered from that website, but I would call and explain. I should think they will send you new ones.

    It's where they cut the serger threads. I'd still complain because like you said it's something I'dexpect from a second quality, but FWIW it's fine and you can just trim them down.
