I need a nanny

I'm currently seeking a nanny but am a bit skeptical to search through companies full of random people. Would anyone be able to refer me to someone or a company they've had experience with? I live in the Dr. Phillips/metrowest/bayhill area. Thanks!

    I recently signed up with Care.com, as I'm a babysitter.  Talking to some former families that I've sat for (mostly the military ones), they've said that they have had a great deal of luck finding sitters/nannies on that site.  

     

    I would recommend starting there.
