    Thank you! You are so sweet this made my am. I am feeling nervous but not so bad surprisingly. I am just telling myself that it will be over in a minute or so, so I should not get so worked up.

    Printing all my backup now. The event is over at 430 so I have all day to think about it! At least I have a ton of work to do to get my mind off it.

    I'll check in later.

    Well, he didn't take her. I am shocked. At the end of the event dc came up to me and asked who she was going home w, and I said us because it's our weekend, and I figured it would start. But I just said to her, let's go, and he let her go. As we walked away he just shouted after me 'goodbye sigur have a good weekend'. That was all.

    I am waiting for the other shoe to drop... An angry email or text, or legal letter. I am so shocked. Could he actually be trying to compromise? I can't believe that but i guess I have to wait and see.

    Thanks everyone for their support... As I was waitin through the super boring assembly full of anxiety I felt you all there w me!

    I'm so happy you didn't have to confront him!

    Even if you get a nasty gram, you have to remember that he has no leg to stand on. And more importantly, you stood up for yourself and he backed down. Next time it will only be easier!

    What's he going to do?  Not give you "your time"

    I have a question - - why doesn't your DH have SD when you travel?  SD should be able to spend time with her siblings now that you have children.

    I agree... I am sure I will never get make up time again. Oh well we will be back to court soon just would rather wait til after I deliver if we can.

    We have right of first refusal in our co so exh automatically gets to take her whenever I travel and vice versa. I won be fine w her staying w dh but that can only happen if exh turns down the time. It has happened but rarely.

    So far no angry emails. Shocked.
