poop & the potty

I know there a ton of these posts lately and i see the one below so Im sorry but Im at the end of my rope.

We are great w/ #1 but #2 is TERRIBLE, so bad that if he doesn't wake up with a poop in his diaper (not PT at night yet) it can ruin the day b/c by the time he decides he has to go its a battle if we are out and about. I mean its ugly!!

He usually wakes up w/ one in the morn and after nap. but if he doesnt, like i said it can really put a damper on the day b/c he gets MISERABLE if he has to go. Yesterday i put a diaper on him b/c after 1 hour of running back and forth from the bathroom and a lot of crying i didnt want him holding it...finally he went and was a new kid again but i have to get him going on the potty.

I try to stay patient b/c i know he doesn't "understand" and its not intentional but i need some help, this PT thing is tiring ha!

    Our situation wasn't quite this bad, but she was not going #2 on the potty.  Finally, my MIL said she could have an ice cream cone if she went.  Much as I hate to admit it, the bribery worked.  We had to give her an ice cream every time she went #2 on the potty for about three days, but eventually she forgot about it and now she is completely potty trained.  

    Desperate times call for desperate measures!

    Have you tried money and a piggy bank? My daughter loves getting candy and that worked for a little bit but then we started giving her pennies and she just gets so excited when she gets to drop it in the bank. We tell her when she gets enough pennies she can pick out a toy. She has been dry the last 3 nights since we have started!

    see thats why i come on here...what a cute idea! I never thought of money w/ a piggy bank...Thanks for the idea. I'm certainly going to give it a try!

    I am having same issue! (I posted below this one).  We were doing great! money in piggy bank worked, m&ms worked... and now all of a sudden after a bad case of constipation she must be scared.  But I am at my wits end on what to do! I am tired of throwing out pairs of underwear! Help!!!
