Scared of potty?

My 3.5 year old was doing fine on the potty adn all of a sudden she wont do #2.  She had a hard poop one day and ever since then, she would hold it in and I had to start giving her miralax and suppositories.  We stopped that last week and she has had a few explosive diapers and ruined a few pairs of underwear and clothes lately.  I am lost as to what to do? She says she will go on the potty, but hasn't yet.  What to do????
