Since we are on our way to a very aggressive fertility plan, we are dreaming majorly about names.

As I posted yesterday, we finally found a girl FN that we are both in love with which is Shae.

Would you ever consider letting your 6 yr old pick the MN out of 3 choices? We tossed this idea around since we are so torn between the three. The MN choices are Sophia, Josephine and Iris.

good idea. Although, it is pretty funny to hear some suggestions LOs come up with. My nephews suggestion for his little sister: Vivian Ice Cream Builder.

I think that's a great idea! I wouldn't let them have free reign over it but giving them

some options you like and letting them have final decsion sounds like a great way

to get them excited for their sibling Smile Best of luck to you

I agree. She'll be a great tie-breaker.
 
I would wait until close to the end of the pregnancy, though.  I could see her getting very disappointed if for some reason you changed your mind.

We would let her choose when we found out the gender. I think once she chose, it would mean so much to all of us that we would never have the heart to change our minds or even the desire. We truly like them all equally.

We will only give her these choices or the middle name would be Tyler, Tinker Bell or Pom Pom, haha!

As long as you're okay with those three choices, I think it's fine.

I named my brother when I was almost 4 years old.

While my mother was pregnant, I told her and my dad that we should name him Adam. They were pleasantly surprised at my suggestion, and actually ended up naming him that.

They didn't realize until later that my reason was because He-Man, as in He-Man: Masters of the Universe, was the alter-ego of Prince Adam. I named my brother after my favorite cartoon hero.
