Midwives

Hey Ladies,

I am stuck between two midwives and cannot decide who to use. I am wondering if anyone here has had an experience (good or bad) with either of them. After interviewing many it has come down to North Star Midwifery (Aly and Rebecca) OR Beautiful Bumps (Victoria Edwards). They are both wonderful and I would be happy to work with either of them, this is sooo hard. Please help!

    In a situation like this I think what it would come down to for me would be out of pocket cost for each one and then does Victoria have a back up if she can't make it for some reason?  A two person midwife team would give me a bit more comfort knowing there's a back-up...

    I have never heard of Victoria Edwards, but I have heard of and met Aly and Rebecca and they are fabulous!!!  We are using Helping Hands Birth Services (Nickie Kerrigan and Kate Andrew) for our birth in July :)
